TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. Introduction
A.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by SGR Travel and Event Company (“SGR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
A.2. By using our services, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms, applicable to both leisure and corporate clients in the United States and Australia.
B. Fee and Commissions
B.1. All service fees and commissions will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
B.2. Fees may include consultation, booking, planning, and administrative services.
B.3. SGR may earn commissions from third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, and event venues) at no additional cost to you.
B.4. Any additional costs incurred after booking will be your responsibility.
C. Liability of Agency
C.1. SGR acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
C.2. We do not guarantee or control the quality, timing, or performance of services provided by third parties.
C.3. While we carefully select trusted partners, SGR is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from any service or action of third-party providers.
C.4. It is the responsibility of the Client to secure their own travel insurance. We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
C.5 SGR Travel and Events is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
D. Liability of Provider
D.1. The service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, venues) have their own terms and conditions.
D.2. SGR is not liable for any breaches of these terms or the provider’s failure to deliver services, including flight delays, cancellations, or failure to meet expectations.
D.3. SGR will assist with third-party provider issues where possible; however, the provider will have direct responsibility for immediate, on-the-day responses and logistics. Any urgent matters or real-time service issues should be addressed directly with the provider.
E. Booking Terms
E.1. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as indicated at the time of booking).
E.2. You must review and verify all booking details upon receipt. Any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately.
E.3. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings must be made in writing. Charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes. Flight name changes have specific restrictions and may incur additional fees or may not be allowed at all depending on the airline’s policy.
F. Payment Terms
F.1. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
F.2. SGR accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified.
F.3. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with full payment due by the date specified in your confirmation.
F.4. Late Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all unpaid balances after the due date.

G. Refunds and Credit
G.1. Refunds and credits are governed by the cancellation policies of the service provider (airlines, hotels, venues, etc.).
G.2. SGR will assist in obtaining refunds when applicable, but we cannot guarantee refunds for services not rendered due to the provider’s terms.
G.3. Any refund requests must be made in writing. Where applicable, SGR may offer credit toward future services as an alternative to a refund.
H. No Show
H.1. Failure to show up for any booked service (flights, hotels, events, etc.) without proper cancellation may result in the full amount being charged.
H.2. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated by the provider’s terms.
I. Cancellations and Amendments
I.1. You may cancel or amend your booking in writing prior to the service commencement.
I.2. Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the provider’s terms. SGR will communicate these terms during the booking process.
I.3. Cancellations and Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings, especially those marked as non-refundable, may not allow for cancellations or changes once confirmed. If cancellations are allowed, fees may apply, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
I.4. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

J. Force Majeure
J.1. SGR is not liable for any failure to perform or provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, terrorist attacks or other “force majeure” events.
J.2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or rebook services.
J.3. Any refunds or credits will be subject to the terms of the service provider.
K. Additional Hotel and Airline Charges
K.1. Certain hotels or airlines may charge additional fees that are not included in the booking price (e.g., resort fees, baggage fees, upgrades).
K.2. You are responsible for paying these fees directly to the provider at the time of service/check-in.
K.3. SGR will inform you of potential extra charges where possible, but we cannot guarantee the total absence of these fees.
L. Travel Documents and Insurance
L.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and in order.
L.2. SGR strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
M. Dispute Resolution
M.1. In the event of a dispute, SGR will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
M.2. If no resolution can be reached, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration, depending on the laws applicable in the United States or Australia.
N. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
N.1. SGR reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
N.2. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
